Digital downloadable products will be available on the Check Out page once payment is received. All digital downloads are in a ZIP file format, which means all the specific files are inside the zipped folder. They will need to be extracted from the ZIP file to use them.

I have no control over your printer or printer settings and therefore, am not responsible for undesirable results from printing any digital download from KRLC Studio. All downloads are created using 350 dpi quality images.

All printed books are print-on-demand, which means my books are printed by a 3rd party printer and distributor ( I have no control over their print-on-demand system and operations, therefore, I am unable to help if you have issues with shipping or the condition of your book once it arrives., please read their return policy below carefully!

I cannot give refunds, cancellations or exchanges, but please contact if you have any concerns and they will help make it right.

~ Return & Cancelling Policy ~

If your order arrives with damage, a print defect, or the incorrect book arrives, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist you. Instead of shipping the book or package back to us, please attach a digital image showing the problem with the order.

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through our online Customer support form.

An order of a PRINT book placed in a Lulu account can be canceled within one hour in your Lulu account under Order History. Once a print book order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the source files, quantity, or shipping method for the order. We may be able to change the shipping address, but cannot guarantee as it depends on the stage of the order. 

To request a change of shipping address, please contact our support team. Select Buying/My Order > Cancel/change my order in the dropdown. Provide the new shipping address in the description as the request is time sensitive.

No Exchanges or Returns:

Unfortunately, I do not accept any exchanges or returns on physical products.


Refunds will only be given if the item is damaged during shipping. If the physical product is damaged during shipping, contact me immediately (You have 10 days from the time you receive the item). If the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me so I can make it right.

To be eligible for a refund due to shipping damage you must contact me immediately (you have 10 days) at with the following information:

  • Type in 'Requesting Refund' in the subject line
  • Your full name & email
  • Order # on your receipt
  • The reason you are requesting a refund
  • Attach a clear image of your damaged product and any other relevant photographs of the damage as proof

I will notify you within 1 - 2 business days once I've received and review your email to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If and once it is, then I will be happy to refund the total cost of the item (including shipping costs) at the time of purchase to you via email transfer or through the payment process that was used at the time of purchase. 

Unfortunately, I have no control over the shipping/mailing operations of delivery businesses, and therefore how the product arrives at its destination is beyond my control and I cannot send the same product as a replacement, as my physical products are one-of-a-kind, however I will be happy to refund the total cost as outlined above.
